📌 According to the provisions of Article 102 of the Intellectual Property Law 2005, the invention description includes a description of the invention and the scope of patent protection.

📕 The invention description must meet the following conditions:

➊ Fully and clearly disclose the nature of the invention to the extent that a person with average knowledge of the relevant technical field can carry out that invention;

➋ Briefly explain the accompanying drawing, if necessary to further clarify the nature of the invention;

➌ clarify the novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability of the invention.

💯 The scope of patent protection must be expressed as a set of necessary and sufficient technical signs to determine the scope of rights to the invention and must be consistent with the invention description and drawings.
