IP GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as IP GROUP) - formerly IPPLUS Joint Stock Company was established by Mr. Ngo Dac Thuan on May 15, 2015 under the Business Registration License No. 0313253344 - Department Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Planning.

With a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, after many years of cultivating knowledge in businesses as well as working abroad, Mr. Ngo Dac Thuan has realized the importance of protecting the abundant creative ideas of the Vietnamese people in the industrialization and modernization trends. In addition, the situation that foreign companies “have stolen” ideas of Vietnamese people and successfully commercialized them is an urgent issue. The problem is more serious when the importance of establishing intellectual property rights (IP) is unappreciated both at home and abroad. 

Therefore, IP GROUP is established with the burning desire to approach, consult and support our customers in establishing IP rights, increasing the rights, personal values, enterprise values through packaging of intangible assets. From that business can assert their position in the market and promote innovation - creativity on the world's intellectual race. 

Although IP Group started from a small sized company with narrowed capital, thanks to the team’s enthusiasm, IP Group “started a business" from customers, small-sized enterprises, even supporting, advising and accompanying Start-ups, students have no or very little capital to implement with the common goal of protecting the creative ideas of the Vietnamese people and creating profits in the future.
