3️⃣ Managing and Enhancing Intellectual Property Value in Universities: - Strategies for managing IP within academic institutions, including IP protection and optimizing its value in scientific research.
4️⃣ Collaborative Networks Between Government, Academia, and Enterprises: - Discussions on the synergy between state agencies, universities/research institutes, and businesses to drive innovation and IP protection while fostering collaboration opportunities.
