“It’s worth noting that Vietnamese businesses allocate only 1.6% of their annual revenue to research and development activities, much lower than many countries in the region, such as Laos (14.5%), the Philippines (3.6%), Malaysia (2.6%). What’s more, a striking 80% of businesses reported that they have not engaged in any cooperation with other entities or organizations to carry out innovation and creativity activities.”
